Guidance backed by experience

Support shaped around your campaign

Clear, practical strategy

Applications are open now

Campaigns are won in the weeks before voting — not the days.

Every application is reviewed one-to-one, so the number of campaigns the team can take on at a time is limited. The earlier you apply, the more runway you get to plan, build your team and reach your campus.

This season Limited intake

The team takes on a limited number of campaigns at a time and reviews applications in the order they arrive.

Strategy built around your campus

Your college, your voters and your strengths — turned into a focused campaign plan.

02

Clear message. Strong presence.

Speeches, social media, creatives and communication that feel authentic to you.

03

Ground campaign, better organised

Practical guidance for volunteers, outreach and the final days before voting.

The campaign framework

Four things every strong student campaign needs.

A useful campaign is not built on noise. It is built on clarity, connection and disciplined execution.

01

Positioning

A clear reason students should choose you — and remember you.

02

Message

Simple, consistent communication across speeches, posts and conversations.

03

Reach

A balanced plan for classroom outreach, volunteers and digital visibility.

Discipline

Daily priorities, quick feedback and steady execution until voting day.

The campaign toolkit

What we actually work on with you.

Concrete pieces of a campaign — the things you need ready before your campus starts paying attention.

Your core promise

The one line students repeat when someone asks why they should vote for you.

Speech & script support

Openings, closings and answers for the questions you will actually be asked.

Social & creative direction

What to post, how it should look, and a rhythm you can keep up during exams.

Volunteer structure

Who does what, how they report, and how to keep a student team motivated.

Week-by-week calendar

A realistic plan from today to voting day, built around your college schedule.

Final-week execution

Priorities for the last seven days, when most campaigns lose focus.

The process

Day 1–2

Review & shortlist

The team reviews your college, position and campaign stage to see how we can help.

Day 2–4

Call with the team

Day 5–7

Your first action plan

Priorities for the coming weeks — message, team structure and outreach rhythm.

Timing decides campaigns

The same candidate, two different results.

Nothing about your ability changes. What changes is how much runway you gave yourself.

You apply early

  • Weeks to test your message before it matters
  • Volunteers recruited and trained, not scrambled
  • Content ready before the campus is watching
  • Final week spent meeting students, not fixing basics

You apply late

  • Your message is still changing while voting nears
  • Team put together in a rush, roles unclear
  • Posting reactively, chasing someone else’s agenda
  • Final week spent on damage control

Our ground rules

Campaign hard. Campaign clean.

Support from this program comes with an expectation. Every candidate we work with agrees to run a campaign their college can respect.

  • Follow your college and university election rules
  • No personal attacks on other candidates
  • Promise only what a student representative can deliver
  • Respect your campus, your peers and your volunteers

Common questions

Before you apply.

Everything important about the application and review process.

Who can apply to the program?

What if I cannot find my college?
Use the search field first. If your college or institute still does not appear, type its name directly — the field accepts any entry.
Can I apply before the election date is confirmed?

What happens after I submit?
Team Ronak Khatri will review your college, position, campaign stage and support requirements, then contact you on the number provided.
Does applying guarantee campaign support?
No. Every application is reviewed, and support depends on eligibility, campaign requirements and team availability.
Is there any fee to apply?
No. Applying to the program is free. This is a student-support initiative, not a paid service.
